Employee Network Groups

Our Employee Network Groups (ENG’s) give employees a greater voice in the steps the business takes to continuously improve our workplace. There are 8 Employee Network Groups that support our core values:

emBRACE @ AEG is a collective group of employees working across AEG that are really passionate about promoting diversity and inclusion within the workplace, the entertainment industry and our community.

Family @ AEG want to connect, support and inspire anybody who is responseible for a loved one, including those on the road to parenthood and carers. We will provide a safe space to talk and support eachother.

Pride @ AEG is here to give you a safe space thats confidential and judgement free. We're here to start conversations about what's important to you, listen, raise awareness, share knowledge, inspire positive change and support you.

Women @ AEG Europe have a mission to empower women, and to drive diversity and achieve equal opportunity for everyone in our workplace, at all levels, such that AEG Europe is an employer of choice.

Mental Health & Wellbeing @ AEG have a mission to increase awareness of mental health topics, knock back the stigma, ensure AEG staff are aware of the resources that are available and promote wellbeing behaviours to keep ourselves and our colleagues in a healthy space.

We Play as a Team aims to create a strong team culture and ethos by bringing teams and individuals together to connect and collaborate, recognising and celebrating key moments and arranging activities for sports and social interests of our varied workforce.

We Raise the Bar ENGs mission is to become the platform that communicates and facilitates great ideas; to cultivate business innovation and to set challenges for new ways of working.
