About the role: The O2’s Global Partnerships team are looking for a Sales Manager to support the implementation, management and delivery of The O2’s new digital OOH business strategy ensuring our targets and key objectives are met.

This includes:

  • Media buys and potential sponsors for the venue
  • See deals through from initial approach to contract signature
  • Hit agreed personal sales targets

You’ll manage and develop strong relationships with new business prospects; and develop and manage creative ideas that generate new revenue.

You’ll manage the day to day media and digital OOH sales pipeline and available inventory and also oversee our DOOH media agency relationships, ensuring we maximise our presence and revenue from campaigns.

About you: We are looking for someone who has a strong background in media sales, an entrepreneurial mind-set and the experience of working with media agencies. You must have direct OOH sales to agency experience.

You will be people and sales focused and have a strong network of contacts within the OOH and Media planning agency groups.

With influential communication skills; you’ll with a strong track record in building good internal and external working relationships across diverse business areas and functions.
