Full Description

AEG Global Partnerships are AEG’s sponsorship and premium seating division. The team delivers over $540million in revenue globally and works with some of the world’s leading brands delivering awarding winning programmes. 

The Partnership Manager will be responsible for working with partners across OVO Arena, Wembley to deliver and implement successful partnership plans and activations. 

You’ll work with nominated partners to plan, create and implement marketing activations; and manage and develop strong relationships with nominated partners, agencies and internal stakeholders. 

Whilst ensuring partner benefits are fully maximised and contractual obligations are delivered; you’ll develop new and creative ways to maximise relationships and create value for both the venue and partners. 

You’ll also make sure all venue departments are engaged in the partnerships and provide the necessary support to deliver against partner objectives. Communication and collaboration in this role are key. 

We’re looking for someone with a sound knowledge of all aspects of the marketing mix, specifically experiential and digital; and experience of working in a multi brand environment (in-house, agency or rights holder).

You’ll be results orientated, with the ability to identify and exploit additional revenue opportunities for AEG. 

With excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build good internal and external relationships; and you’ll have a proven ability to work effectively as part of a team and enjoys working in a high achieving environment. 

You’ll be committed and flexible in your approach to work and able to work under pressure, multi-task and prioritise work. 

We’re looking for someone highly organised, dedicated, and able to work under pressure, prioritising a varied and ever-changing workload whilst skilfully resolving issues whilst preserving both internal and external relationships. 

You’ll want to raise the bar in this role, be solutions focussed and look for ways to wow our customers. We encourage new ideas and innovation and value everyone’s opinion.
