Full Description

The O2’s Global Partnerships team are looking for a Partnerships coordinator to work alongside the team to deliver the contractual obligations of key partners of The O2. 

 You’ll support the delivery of key partner activations on site and coordinate partner activation builds and developments including sampling, lounge space requirements, branding updates and installations. 

You’ll build & maintain relationships with key stakeholders including suppliers and all internal teams including hospitality, marketing, health & safety, building services and ticketing. 

 

Whilst managing team logistics including vehicle bookings, RAMs, ticketing, artwork supply and photography; you’ll also manage team assets including signage and activation calendars and lead on the creation of partner case studies via PowerPoint and AEG Bylder platform. 

 

You’ll collate and manage reporting of partner ticket and lounge access requests; weekly reporting and tracking of partner performance across multiple partners; and assist the team with day-to-day financial processes (Invoice Requisition, creating POs, updating trackers).

You’ll have relevant experience in a marketing or sponsorship role and an enthusiasm for the sponsorship /sports & events industry with commercial acuity. 

 

You’ll be flexible in your approach to work with the ability to adapt to a variety of tasks (e.g., from operations to marketing) and have previous experience coordinating small scale activity or campaigns. 

 

This role requires you to be able to develop strong relationships across the business and engage with key stakeholders to assist with any activity or troubleshooting as and when required. 

 

A strong team player who enjoys working in a high achieving environment; you’ll be organised with proven time management skills and the ability to manage a varied and changeable workload.
