The Role: We are looking for someone to support the UK Partnerships team in the faultless delivery of contractual benefits across all partners of The O2. You will assist the Partnerships team with the day to day management of partners and develop solid relationships with both the partners and other departments within The O2.
You will record and produce case studies for all onsite activations; co-ordinate partner lounge space requirements; manage ticket requests and lounge access for partners; and create weekly reports and track partner performance across multiple partners and properties.
You: This is a great opportunity for someone to start their career in partnerships and brand activation. We are looking for someone who has some relevant experience in marketing or sponsorship and a willingness to develop strong industry knowledge of music and brand activation.
You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build good internal and external relationships with a range of stakeholders.
Organised with proven time management skills, you will be able to manage a varied and changeable workload and deliver a high standard of work on time across multiple work streams, whilst maintaining attention to detail.
With a proven ability to work effectively as part of a team, you will be flexible in your approach to work with the capability to adapt to a variety of tasks from operations to marketing. We’re looking for someone who is commercially experienced and able to use their initiative.
