Full Description

The team at AEG Europe are looking for an International Director on a 14 month fixed term contract.

The Global Partnerships International Director, Activation is responsible for the delivery of all international venue partnerships for the Global Partnerships division outside of North America. Leading the delivery of some of AEG’s most valued partners, you will be adept at working with brands on core mid to long-term strategies and deliver these across markets, whilst working alongside the local AEG teams. You will ensure implementation and results are achieved at the highest standard. 

Within the UK, you’ll also support The O2 team with the activation of international and key account partners as well as the delivery of all ASM’s partners at OVO Arena Wembley. Through effective contract delivery, you’ll support the commercial objectives of Global Partnerships through the renewal of key partnerships and finding appropriate commercial enhancements within contract. 

As part of the Global Partnerships leadership team, you will also deliver on wider strategic divisional objectives, such as driving corporate PR and sustainability goals. 

We’re looking for someone with relevant experience of working in Partnership Activation. Experienced in managing multiple key stakeholders; you’ll have a strong understanding of the entertainment, sponsorship and events industry and future trends. 

An inspiring leader with the ability to effect positive change; you’ll have proven success in building high performance teams and driving efficiencies. 

Commercially astute; you’ll be highly accountable and able to prioritise team and individual work objectives to drive results. 

Adept at conflict management; you’ll have a strong understanding of legal, financial, marketing, and operational business functions and a passion for working with brands on global strategies. 

An effective relationship builder; you’ll want to raise the bar in this role and be solutions focussed; we encourage new ideas and innovation and value everyone’s opinion.
