The Head of Account Management role will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our solutions to clients according to respective contracts, evolving industry trends and AXS Europe business objectives. This is an exciting new role and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to build a distinct account management function within AXS. You’ll work closely with key stakeholders and together be responsible for the overall satisfaction, growth and success of our key clients.

There will be some travel required this role as you’ll spend time working at our office in London Bridge and out in venues with our clients.


We’re looking for someone with a background in Account Management or Customer Success, with a proactive and solution orientated mindset. You’ll have a passion for live music and events and be able to demonstrate a good understanding of managing client relationships in ticketing or other live entertainment businesses. You’ll also have a proven record of building, managing and coaching a high performing team.

We’re looking for someone whose really comfortable communicating, presenting and explaining concepts with all levels of stakeholders and can build close working relationships. You’ll be committed to delivering the best and wowing our partners and customers, and be a team player who enjoys working in a high achieving environment

Where: You’ll be based at our head office Cottons, 7th Floor West, 47/49 Tooley Street, London, SE1 2QN but we are currently working remotely.

Important information: First stage interviews will be held virtually via zoom on w/c 2 August 2021 and we’re looking for someone to be able to join the team as soon as possible.
