About the role: As a Guest Relations Assistant you need to see the world through our customer’s eyes. When we understand our customers that is when we can provide a truly amazing service.
You will provide a safe, friendly environment for all our guests at our events whilst delivering a high level of customer service. You will welcome them with a smile, be their first point of contact with any access related problems or complaints and will deal with these with empathy and understanding.
It’s about treating everyday as a show day and working together with the Guest Relations Team to ensure our customers have an unforgettable experience at The O2.
About you: We are looking for proactive, positive and approachable people.
You must have a genuine desire and ability to work with the public in a front line, customer focused setting; and thrive in a very busy environment, maintaining patience and empathy whilst working under pressure.
You'll be an excellent communicator, confident in engaging and working with all kinds of people, both internal and external.

This is a Zero Hour contract and will include working both weekday and weekend shifts. We need our staff to be flexible enough to commit to a certain number of shifts in advance every month.
To be considered for this role you will need to be able to attend one of our assessment centres. We are holding these on 8 and 9 August. You need to be able to start work with us on 27 August 2019.
