Up at The O2 is an exhilarating 90 minute experience that takes you on a guided expedition over the roof of The O2 via a fabric walkway. We are looking for people to join our friendly and helpful team to assist our customers at the beginning and end of their experience with us.
In this role, you will provide best in class customer service to our guests as soon as they arrive for their climb. You will welcome our guests with a smile, process their admission tickets and answer any questions they have. You will then serve them after their climb, in the shop ensuring they experience exceptional levels of service at all times.
We are looking for positive, flexible and approachable people. You must have a genuine desire and ability to work with the public in a customer focused environment; and thrive when it gets busy maintaining patience and empathy even when working under pressure.
We will give you a thorough induction and all the training you need to be successful in this role.
You must be 18 or over to work with us.
We’re interviewing on 31 May and are looking for people to join our team in June 2022.
In this role you need to work a minimum of two shifts per week. You must be available weekends, bank holidays and summer holidays, as these are our busiest times.
