Full Description

The O2 Ticketing team are looking for an Event Ticketing Manager, on a one year fixed term contract, to oversee the full ticketing event cycle for your individual roster of shows, from manifest through to onsale and event day requirements to ticketing settlement.

 

With responsibility for the movement of ticketing inventory between internal venue allocations and external 3rd party allocation to retain the required venue sell through percentage, you will monitor ticket sales and ensure these are maximised at all times for both on and off manifested inventory.

 

You will also liaise with Promoter ticketing departments and event organisers to ensure all their ticketing requirements are met.

 

We are looking for someone with relevant ticketing experience either in Account Management/Client Services or as a Ticketing/Box Office Manager from either a venue, ticket agent or for a large concert promoter.

 

You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be a team player with a flexible and positive attitude to work.

 

With a strong track record in building good working relationships across diverse business areas and functions, you will thrive in a very busy environment and maintain patience and empathy even when working under pressure.

 

You’ll be highly organised and dedicated; prioritising a varied and ever-changing workload whilst maintaining attention to detail. You’ll want to raise the bar in this role, be solutions focussed and look for ways to wow our customers. We encourage new ideas and innovation.

Where: You’ll be based at The O2, Peninsula Square, London SE10 0DX. This role will include evening and weekend work.
