About the role: The O2 Production team are looking for a Deputy Production Manager to assist with the delivery of our events and to ensure a successful operation in The O2 arena and our special event spaces.

You will support the delivery of the production operation ensuring safe and operationally efficient events and assist with producing event plans compliant to H&S procedures and legislation.

You will be responsible for the direct line management of the Production Supervisors and support the Production Manager in managing, servicing, storing and upkeep of all The O2 equipment that falls under the ownership of the production team.

We are looking for someone with event configuration and production experience; a good working knowledge of Production Rigging and IOSH or NEBOSH H&S qualifications.

A competent AutoCAD user; we are looking for an organised and flexible person who has a commitment to delivering the best.

With experience in motivating and managing people, you will be ambitious and keen to learn. You’ll have excellent communication skills with the ability to build good internal and external relationships with and influence a wide level and range of people.

We’re looking for a positive team player who can manage their time and workload effectively and be able to use their initiative when required.

You will need to be able to work flexibly across a 7 day week and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
