Job Description

The Role: You will work on board our vessels assisting the Master and Mates, ensuring our customer’s safety at all times and answering their questions in a friendly and helpful manner. You will also make sure any vessel maintenance and cleaning is carried out efficiently and effectively.


You: We’re looking for people who enjoy working with the public, being outside on the river and working in a fun and busy team.


You will be approachable, friendly and helpful, not only to the passengers on board but also to your colleagues. We expect you to deliver the same amazing experience to our customers at the end of your shift as you do at the start.


Where: Our head office is based at Trinity Buoy Wharf, Poplar, E14 0JY but you will spend your days on our vessels.


Important information: You will be based on our boats on the river and that means you will be on your feet for 10 hour shifts. We will provide you with a uniform including warm clothing to defend against the British weather!


Assessment Centre will be held on 21st December 2018.
