Job Description

The role: We are looking for a Customer Service Systems Manager to measure and monitor the performance levels across the Customer Services Department through production and analysis of Management Information on sales and revenue data.

You will be responsible for the front line use and maintenance of all Ticketing Platforms and Revenue Collection Systems; ensuring there is a clear focus on revenue generation and capture within the Customer Services team and throughout the entire business; and maintaining accurate communication and audits across key areas of the department and business ensuring that all areas have the tools to deliver a world class customer experience within the confines of budgetary expectations.

You will also be a line manager to the Customer Services Team Leaders and any Sales Specific staff ensuring they have everything they need to carry out their roles effectively.

You: We are looking for someone with a proven ability to manage complex sales operations with measured success. You will have an analytical approach and be highly organised managing a varied workload and multiple deadlines.

We value team players who are flexible and happy to get stuck in and help out when needed!

You will have excellent IT skills including an advanced understanding of Excel and experience of using multiple systems.

With a calm disposition, you will work well under pressure maintaining great attention to detail.
