The 20,000 capacity venue has hosted Monty Python, the BRITs, ATP tennis World Tour Finals, Led Zeppelin and more.

The O2 Marketing and PROpen Close
Marketing and PR deliver site-wide promotional and seasonal activity to ensure The O2 becomes a top 10 destination on the London landscape. They champion the brand and values to ensure opportunities to sell and engage are optimised, to inspire and excite and give people reasons to keep coming back. This means engaging with customers at the right time, in the right way. They bring creative ideas and content to life with marketing communications including advertising, direct mail & e-marketing.
The O2 SalesOpen Close
The O2 Sales proactively sell The O2 venues driving the sales opportunities through to deal closure. They maximize the number of events wherever possible to drive revenue contribution. This means constantly developing new sources of business through networking, trade shows and events. They need to create and implement strategic sales plans for corporate events at The O2 including The O2 arena, Building Six, AMEX lounge, Green Room and the Open Quarter to ensure corporate events are delivered profitably and successfully.
The O2 TicketingOpen Close
Ticketing are responsible for maximising sales of tickets for all events at The O2 campus. They manage the event ticketing process to make sure that events are correctly configured before going on-sale, monitor ticket sales, ensure they are maximised at all times and liaise with promoters and event organisers to ensure all their ticketing requirements are met.
The O2 Venue ManagementOpen Close
Venue Management is responsible for managing a diverse range of events both inside and external to the arena. For these events they plan staffing levels and lead the Front of House teams, manage the P&L, ensure best customer service and deal with any customer complaints. In addition to this they manage the event planning process to ensure any specific needs of promoters are met and contracted entitlements for event promoters/organisers are delivered.
The O2 Contact CentreOpen Close
The O2 contact centre is the first port of call for all customer and ticket enquiries. They are dedicated to delivering the highest levels of customer service at all times, be it finding the right seats for a customer buying tickets, dealing with a lost property call, or handling a complaint.
The O2 Premium SeatingOpen Close
The premium seating team build great working relationships with Suite holders and VIP Club members to ensure the highest levels of renewals and sales. They are involved in ensuring that VIP Club members and Suite holders have their expectations met and exceeded by ensuring all their contracted entitlements are delivered. They also lead a suite hospitality services team to provide exceptional levels of service on event nights.

AEG own or operate over 100 venues, they own and host sports teams and produce multiple music festivals, tours and events. These are places where a lot of people go. This means we have the perfect platform for companies to promote their brands. Partnerships are responsible for creating partnerships with companies and work with them to build their brand and grow their revenues. They do this through initiatives specifically designed around our facilities, teams, events and properties. Partnerships work with them to deliver positive brand experiences and special delights for their customers.
The O2 FinanceOpen Close
The finance department is responsible for the preparation of financial statements and statutory accounts, reconciliation of the balance sheet, review of the management accounts as well as budgeting and quarterly forecasting. They also support the business by working with budget holders to control costs, identify risks and implement internal controls. In addition they oversee daily banking and cash administration as well as collecting and analysing passenger data.
The O2 LegalOpen Close
The legal team is responsible for all legal matters in relation to AEG Europe and its businesses. They draft, review and negotiate contracts; ticketing arrangements/agreements and sponsorship agreements and provide general legal and compliance advice across the business such as IP/trademarks, litigation and employment law.
