The
finance
department

responsible
for
the
preparation

financial
statements
and
statutory

reconciliation

sheet,
review

management

budgeting
and
quarterly
forecasting.

support
the

by
working
with
budget
holders
to
control
costs,
identify
risks
and
implement
internal
controls.
In

banking
and
cash
administration
as

as
collecting

analysing

data.
HR
are
responsible
for

relations,

engagement,
recruitment
and
training
matters.
They
provide
support
to
Business
Leaders
and
Senior
managers
to

and
plan
their
future
business
needs
providing
an
advisory
service
so
they
can
manage
individuals
and
their
teams
more
effectively.
They
also
manage
a
HR
service
desk
to
deal
with
enquiries
from
employees
on
a
range
of
issues
and
also
manage
and
communicate
company
benefits
packages.
They
recruit
for
all
the
different
businesses
under
the
AEG
Europe
umbrella
and
hold
assessment
centres
for
frontline
staff
roles
and
interviews
for
a
variety
of
vacancies
and
use
a
selection
of
advertising
and
social
media
avenues
to
get
the
best
candidate
for
the
role.Sales

Charter

new
partnerships
and
build
and
develop
existing
relationships
to
maximise
every
opportunity.
These
