AEG Presents are producers and promoters of live entertainment. Globally they promote and produce World Tours, Regional Concerts and world renowned festivals. The UK office focuses on three sectors:
UK and European Touring – From one off shows through to European stadium tours by Bon Jovi and everything in between
Managing small venue real-estate including indigo at The O2 and The Eventim Apollo
Producing and promoting festivals and outdoor events – Such as Barclaycard presents British Summertime, Hyde Park
They have 14 regional offices worldwide and produce over 5,400 concerts a year. Their UK office has Marketing, Ticketing, Touring and Production, Events, Promoters, Finance and Legal departments.

AEG Presents FinanceOpen Close
The finance department is responsible for the preparation of financial statements and statutory accounts, reconciliation of the balance sheet, review of the management accounts as well as budgeting and quarterly forecasting. They also support the business by working with budget holders to control costs, identify risks and implement internal controls. In addition they oversee daily banking and cash administration as well as collecting and analysing passenger data.

The ticketing team prepare for UK and European events to go on-sale by ensuring prices are set, information about the event is collated and distributed to fan club and agents pre-sales and making sure all box offices are notified. They ensure finance can invoice correctly by providing ticket order information, they provide recommendations on unsold seats and ensure the venue is correctly dressed for the artist.

The marketing team at AEG Presents plans and implements national tour marketing campaigns using the most innovative approaches to engage across all media platforms. They create, deliver and review annual strategies for marketing. This involves collaborating with a host of agencies to bring creative ideas and content to life (such as press, radio, online, print and TV advertisements) to ensure customers are engaged with at the right time and in the right way. They create and manage the festival marketing campaign for Barclaycard presents British Summertime and develop the brand positioning for indigo at The O2 and the Eventim Apollo.

AEG own or operate over 100 venues, they own and host sports teams and produce multiple music festivals, tours and events. These are places where a lot of people go. This means we have the perfect platform for companies to promote their brands. Partnerships are responsible for creating partnerships with companies and work with them to build their brand and grow their revenues. They do this through initiatives specifically designed around our facilities, teams, events and properties. Partnerships work with them to deliver positive brand experiences and special delights for their customers.

The legal team is responsible for all legal matters in relation to AEG Europe and its businesses. They draft, review and negotiate contracts; ticketing arrangements/agreements and sponsorship agreements and provide general legal and compliance advice across the business such as IP/trademarks, litigation and employment law.
